Children’s Cooking: Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pizza crust
1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/3 cup cucumber slices
1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup shredded carrot

Directions:

Bake the pizza crust for about 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees, or until lightly golden brown. Let it cool completely. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and garlic powder until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crust and top with the vegetables. You can eat it immediately or cover and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours before serving.
